I’m Jean-Pascal Gautier, I’m a French Paris-based Fixer, with an abundance of experience in the film and TV industry of +30 years as Scout locator, Location Manager, Fixer, Field Producer, Line Producer.

Our local team is made up of bilingual English-French experienced professionals filming crew with strong filming credits in a wide range of productions. Most of the team and I having worked together for many years and some of them before France-Film-Fixer was founded so we are made up of people with strong connections. This makes our work efficient and fluid in any circonstances.
France-Film-Fixer hire easy going and hard workers local crew dedicaded to provide best working conditions and supports to your crew from start to wrap. Our mission is to help you get all you need before you travel back home and of course build a long term partnerships as we have with all our clients.
Since years we are hiring filming crew over the country, we can provide illimited experienced bilingual English-French crew and even on short notice, so you don’t have to worry if we have to scale up the crew.
Basically we provide the « regular ENG crew» with Fixer, Cam op, Sound op, DOP, AC, Runner, Driver, MUA, Drone Operators etc… and some more specific crew like Aerial filming expert, mountain climber supervisor, underwater shooting operator, crane operator, steadycam operator, Buggy pilot/operator…we provide anything position you may need.
